Benefitting the Leon County Humane Society
At Proctor Dealerships, we think life is better with a furry friend in the passenger seat! That is why we are proud to partner with the Leon
County Humane Society. LCHS, which formed in 1960, is Tallahassee’s largest no-kill, non-profit animal welfare organization. The Proctor Dealerships are proud to support LCHS in their mission to match homeless pets with their ‘furever’ families, advocate for animals in need and help educate the public on responsible pet ownerships.

As part of our partnership with LCHS, we offer two pet adoption events per year. Paws Fur A Cause, held in March, and Home Fur the
Holidays, held in December. Our pet adoption events have helped hundreds of pets find their purrfect families. These fun community
events feature delicious food and drinks, giveaways, K9 demonstration by the Tallahassee Police Department and so much more.
Through pet adoption events sponsored by the Proctor Dealerships, more than 200 dogs have found their forever homes!
